Cesar is a 4 year old male Chihuahua. He weighs 2.8 pounds. He has a very sweet and mellow disposition. He likes other dogs, loves to be cuddled and loves children. Cesar loves to go on long walks, and walks very well on a leash. He is housetrained and loves to be carried around.
