My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hopefully Esme's beauty comes through on her photos. Black dogs are so hard to photograph. What you don't see on the photos or her adorable video is that she has super soft fur - like a bunny! Our tiny little girl loves being petted, cuddled, snuggled and fawned over in general! If you didn't see her video, you have to watch it! Esme has the most adorable habit of not just standing on her back legs but she can actually walk around like that for quite sometime! It's pretty cute!

Esme is currently in foster care with anothe dog and a cat. While she does fine with them, Esme would be a great spoiled only child too! She walks great on leash, really enjoys checking out all the smells in the backyard each morning, hanging out with her favorite humans and she makes a great snuggle buddy during the night too!

If you enjoy hanging out at the local cafe, socializing with your friends, Esme would be a perfect companion for you. She can hang out with you for hours without issue, although Esme is quite the looker and does tend to draw a crowd, so if you're interested in making a few new friends, Esme will certainly help with that!

Esme is looking for a home of her own. A family that will love and spoil her for all the days of her life. Daily walks, belly rubs and snuggle time are all on Esme's wish list!
