My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jimmy the Follower is one special guy. He is 9 weeks old (2/20). He was rescued from some strip mine area in southern Illinois and put in an outdoor pound. When we went to rescue him, he rolled onto his back as if to say he knew he was about to die. Poor little guy didn't realize then he was on his way to being safe. He was so sick and thin that when he went to the vet he had a fever and needed antibiotic shots. Jimmy was beginning to perk up by the end of his first day and passed more roundworms than he had space for in his belly.

He passed his worms and his fever subsided and he is just an indescribable little guy. Awesome. Jimmy will not be lucky to be adopted, it will be the other way around. He got his nickname because we rescued 8 other puppies from the same litter and Jimmy had to just stay close to us as we moved the pups in and out. He stayed right there.
