Meet Sofie! She is a ~4yr old rottweiler mix. She is friendly but quiet and comes across as being shy. She would do well in a family with older kids becasue of her size. She also walks perfectly on a leash and comes when she is called. Sofie thinks she is a lap dog!

Tri-County Animal Rescue Center is located in the former Clarion County Humane Society building at 9562 Route 322 in Shippenville, Pennsylvania. We are a NO KILL facility.

Our Adoption Process...
Our dog adoption fee is $125 and we require a spay/neuter deposit of $50 (unless already spayed/neutered which would change the adoption fee) which will be returned after proof of the surgery. Our cat adoption fee is $65 for kittens and $25 for adult cats. The cat adoption fee includes spay or neuter costs. All cats and dogs receive a wellness check and are current on all vaccinations appropriate for their age.

The adoption process includes filling out an adoption application and providing references. The dog or cat will be placed with the potential adopter that best matches the needs of the animal.
