I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
I hope you'll notice what a sweet, handsome face I have; when you meet me you'll notice I have a happy, easy-going, playful, affectionate personality to match. My best friend is Starr. My first human loved me, but couldn't keep me due to her health problems. She had to go to a health care facility . She hopes a nice person or family will fall in love with me and give me the home and love I deserve. Thanks for considering adopting me! Toby
A.R.T.A. -- Animal Rescue, Transport, and Adoption -- is a small, rural rescue that cares for and places kittens, cats, puppies, and dogs into new homes -- usually, in the Tucson and Phoenix areas. Most of our adoptable animals have been relinquished by previous owners who could not care for them due to unforeseen circumstances or life changes. The adoptable animals may be visited by appointment.
Come Meet Our Pets...
A.R.T.A. adopts mostly to homes in Tucson and Phoenix areas. Other locations may be considered.
Our Adoption Process...
Please, email about your ideal cat or dog you'd like to adopt and a little about home you are offering. Adoption fee is usually just the cost that vet charges for spay, neuter, and shots.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter!
Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
