Lilly's Story...
Our beautiful snow-white Lilly with the gorgeous golden eyes is a sweet and precious girl. Lilly is a little shy at first but once she warms up to you, she loves affection and attention. Lilly loves to rub up against you before curling up in your lap for lots of petting. The steady purrs of contentment that come from Lilly is her way to let you know how grateful and happy she is to be spending this time cuddling with you!

Due to Lilly’s shy nature, she would most likely enjoy a quieter home where her new family can show her lots of love and kindness. It is in a home like this where we can see Lilly blossoming into a kitty who will feel secure in her home and confident that she is loved.

Lilly is a recent rescue…check back for updates as we get to know more about this sweet little girl. Already read enough to feel like Lilly is tugging at your heart-strings? Then go ahead and fill out an application for her today - www.azrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a Phoenix Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
