Frank's Story...
Goodness, do they get much prettier than this? An explosion of grey gorgeousness indeed! But his regal good looks are merely the outer packaging to a warm and soft heart. Whether decorating the back of your couch like a beautiful throw or nestled in the hearth-side basket Frank likes to be near the action and available for adoration from admiring visitors. This kind of coat will need occasional brushing so he hopes you feel that good grooming is as important as he does. His Handsomeness is ready to hold court in your home and is accepting invitations. Frank gets along great with other cats as well as the cat friendly dog in his foster home. He was born in 2011.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frank, a Chicago Norwegian Forest Cat cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norwegian Forest Cat for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Norwegian Forest Cat cat from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norwegian Forest Cat breeders who help with Norwegian Forest Cat rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
