Introducing Tulip - Tulip is a Special Needs puppy. She is less than one year old and weighs almost 5 lbs. She was brought to a Vet clinic emaciated and dehydrated. It was soon found that due to neglect her matted hair had become fused to her eyes causing her corneas to rupture. Unfortunately one eye had to be removed. Her remaining eye continue to heal and she now has significant sight in it. She is now spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, fecal negative, microchipped and ready to be adopted.
