Blue's Story...
Hi, my name is Blue! I am a snuggly, cuddly 11 week old Aussie/Golden mix. One of the coolest things about me is that I have one brown eye and one blue eye; my foster mom says that makes me really special! I love to play with my toys and love to go outside and play in the yard. I am doing very well with housetraining and am quickly learning to use the puppy pad. I am learning new commands and know how to "sit" for a treat. I am very curious about things and I love to explore. I hope that I will soon be able to find my FORever home; could it be with you? Please email INFO@FORrescue.net for more information about me. Be sure and tell them that Blue sent ya!

Blue is located in Huntsville, AL. He is neutered, current on vaccinations and has a micro chip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blue, a Marietta Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
