Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less Sex: Male
Harley's Story...
Through no fault of his own, Harley was surrendered by his family to a Northern BC Humane Society who transferred him to CSRBC.
He is very loveable, wants attention as he was not getting what he needed at his first home.
He shakes a paw, comes when called, knows sit and down on command.
He is up to date with vaccinations

He will have had his teeth done by the vet and is being groomed very shortly.
Best type of home is with owners who can spend time with him. Older kids are fine but no young children. Not because he doesn't like them but because they take time away from him. We don't want to see him in the same type of home that he just recently lost.

He will be available by the 3rd weekend of March and his adoption fee will be $200.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harley, a Surrey Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Surrey, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Surrey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Surrey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Surrey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Surrey paves the way for another one to be saved.
