Bear's Story...
My name is Bear but my foster mom calls me Little Bear :) I am a very sweet boy, shy at first but once I get to know you, I'll sit on your lap or belly and purr and knead away. I get along with all her other cats and like their company but I don't think I would mind all the attention to myself either. Oh by the way, my fur is really to die fur. I mean for :) So soft. So much fluff, tail and all. As much as l love and trust my foster mom, I really hope, you just might consider adopting me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bear, a Great Mills Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Great Mills, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Great Mills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Great Mills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Great Mills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Great Mills paves the way for another one to be saved.
