Penny's Story...
as born at the end of April. I am fully vetted and cost $125. Included in this price is rabies vaccine, all 3 distemper shots, dewormer, spay and even a microchip. I was living behind a shopping area in Leonardtown and a kind volunteer from Feral Cat Rescue found me and my siblings when she was trapping over there. They took us all in and now I am still waiting for my "furever" home. I am a very sweet and lovable girl. I would love to sit in your lap and get loved on all the time. :) If you would like to adopt a super nice and pretty girl, your search is over because I am that girl!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Penny, a Great Mills Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Great Mills, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Great Mills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Great Mills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Great Mills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Great Mills paves the way for another one to be saved.
