Wyatt's Story...
My name is Wyatt. I am the most loveable fellow you would ever want to meet. I seek out attention from humans. I move my head into their hand to be petted. I love to be near my foster mom and I love to lay in bed with her and lounge around and be petted. Of course, when she gets on the computer, I have to jump on her desk and say hello. What can I say? I am a friendly happy guy. I am very playful too. I love to play with the toys on my own and I really like it when my foster mom sits down with me and plays. I am fully vetted and I even have a microchip. I only cost $75. My vetting cost much more than $75 so I am a bargain.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wyatt, a Great Mills Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Great Mills, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Great Mills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Great Mills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Great Mills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Great Mills paves the way for another one to be saved.
