Daisy's Story...
Daisy is a 20+ yr old Miniature Horse. Daisy has limited sight but gets along just fine. She needs a fence that is easy to see. She is a bit timid but once she knows you she is better. She is looking for a home with another friendly mini to hang out with. She is a special little girl that deserves the best home. She is good for the farrier and the vet. She loaded fine for us. We would also consider taking in a special friendly older mini to be buddies with her. Either way we just want to make sure that Daisy is well cared for and that she has a friend. If you have any questions regarding Daisy please feel free to email us at heritagefarms08@gmail.com or call the foster mom at 419-591-6621.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Liberty Center Miniature was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature for sale in Liberty Center, or seeking a Miniature from a breeder in Liberty Center.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Liberty Center already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Liberty Center breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature breeders who help with Miniature rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Liberty Center paves the way for another one to be saved.
