Adrian--adopted!!'s Story...
Adrian is a beautiful 2 year old red girl with cropped ears and a docked tail. She comes to us as an owner surrender as her most recent owner lost his house and was unable to find housing that would allow a dog. She can be a bit cautious of people at first but will warm up on her terms and then is very sweet. She gets along with the other dogs in her foster home but can be very dominant and may not do well with another dominant female. She has engaged in some stare downs with the resident cat but has not chased after it. She would likely be best with people with dobe/dog experience that she can't easily push around.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Adrian--adopted!!, a New Richmond Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
