Valentina's Info...

Valentina's Story...
Valentina was a stray that was found by a citizen in Hazel Park and was brought to the shelter. No owner came to claim her, and when she became available for adoption on Valentine's Day, we named her Valentina. Valentina is approximately 1 year old. She is slender, and an all around gorgeous Russian Blue.
Valentina does not seem to mind other cats, or dogs. She likes to play with toys, particularly mice and catnip filled toys. Every morning her toys are on the floor near her cage, so we know she can be pretty playful! Valentina does not mind being picked up, and seems to be the kind of cat who would like to sit next to you on the couch. She would make a wonderful family member.

Adoption fee: $125 (or 2 cats for $175) includes feluk/fiv combo test, current vaccines, spay/neuter, & microchip!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Valentina, a Warren Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Warren, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in Warren.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Warren already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Warren breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Warren paves the way for another one to be saved.
