Randy--URGENT's Story...
Randy is a very sweet boy that needs a loving home. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and was tested a low positive for heartworms. He is being treated and doing well. He is estimated to be around 3 years old.He did not live in a good home prior to arriving at the shelter, all he wants is a family that will love him. He is an energetic boy, but good on a leash. He settles right down for car rides. He is great with kids, dogs, and ignores cats.He would be great in a home with a big yard, active family, loves water as well... For more info on adoption email me. He is being fostered in SC, transport is available on May 18. His foster mom can no longer keep him. She is an older lady and he is very energetic. He needs an active family to keep him busy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Randy--URGENT, a Baltimore Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
