Little Flower is a Norwich terrier mix of about 2 years old. She is a shy girl that has so much love to give. She is playful and affectionate but needs a bit of time to warm up an realize she can trust you. Flower is a tiny little girl of about 7 pounds and sooooo cute! She has been spayed, micro-chipped, had her rabies, bordatella and distemper/parvo vaccines as well as been de-wormed and had flea medication applied. She comes with a free health check at Mt. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Flower, a Portland Maltese/Norwich Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Norwich Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Maltese/Norwich Terrier dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Norwich Terrier breeders who help with Maltese/Norwich Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
