Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sophie was pulled from a very high-kill shelter and unfortuatenly has
Heart-worms. She is currently going through HW treatment but will be
as good as new after and can be adopted in the meantime. She's about
50 lbs and very strong. She’s a big love puppy, but would probably be
best with children aged 10 and up so she doesn’t accidently knock them
over! She currently lives with two dogs under 15 lbs, one dog over 40
lbs and three cats and is great with all of them! Her favorite place
to snooze is on your lap. She doesnt bark alot but does have a big
bark and would make a good family watch dog to let you know someone is
here. She's completely housetrained A fenced in yard would be best
for this sweet girl, who knows how to sit, shake, and crate on
command. She loves to lay next to her people so a home that doesnt
want her on their furniture wouldnt be best for Sophie. SHe's a
little shy at first but warms up quickly. Sophie came into a house of
2 dominate dogs, a fairly new dog, and 3 crazy cats. She gets bossed
around a lot, but so far, other than barking back a couple of times,
she lets it all roll off of her. If you'd like this sweet girl to be
a part of your family email info@forrescue.net. Sophie is being fostered in Huntsville, AL
