KESHA is an owner surrender and is looking for her new home. She is 10 weeks old and came with her 2 siblings into rescue. She will be spayed at the age of 6 months old. If you are interested in this goodlooking BC girl, please send us an email. We do require an adoption application, homecheck. Because KESHA will be a small dog, it is very important to have a CHI proof fenced back yard. Obedience training is a must as well.. Due to her small size, we will not adopt to a family with small children. safe_at_last_dog_rescue@hotmail.com or c.quinn@telus.net .Kesha is in

Why Adoption is a Great Option

KESHA, a Chilliwack Chihuahua/Dachshund puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Dachshund for sale in Chilliwack, or seeking a Chihuahua/Dachshund puppy from a breeder in Chilliwack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chilliwack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chilliwack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Dachshund breeders who help with Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chilliwack paves the way for another one to be saved.
