Meet Cruz...
Cruz is a 3-year-old Maltese Mix. No one is really sure what he is mixed with...maybe some Bichons..? Poodle?? Regardless, he is a CUTIE!!
Cruz has had a tough start in life. He has already experienced 3 owners in his short lifetime. His first owner kept him in the garage while she was at work for very long days, generally 12+ hours a day!! Her second home was a bit better until the new owner got a boyfriend... Well, that boyfriend was mean!! He actually abused poor Cruz and even kicked him off of a balcony, resulting in a broken paw. His owner was unwilling to dump the boyfriend (stupid girl!!), so she gave Cruz away to her girlfriend.
This owner loves Cruz ...she took really good care of him...she spoiled him rotten... !! He has every toy/bed/crate/clothes you could dream of!! Unfortunately she is a young girl and her life is changing and she now has a full time job. She realizes that Cruz being home alone all day is not good for him, so she has decided to put him up for adoption.
Cruz is a sweet, loving, playful little guy. He has shown no side effects from his broken paw (other than it turns in ...how cute!!), which happened 2 years ago.
Cruz would do best with someone who has a lot of experience with animals. He has had a very hard life in the last 3 years, and needs someone he can trust and someone willing to spend time with him and give him a FOREVER home.
