My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This cute boy is Prince. He is about 3 years old and weighs 50 lbs. Prince has a shiny black coat with a pretty white with black merle chest. He is quite the pretty boy and a prince indeed. This boy did come from one of the worst shelters and we are so glad that we were able to get him out in time. We believe that Prince is a lab/hound or basset mix. He is a good boy and likes everyone. Prince gets along great with other dogs and likes to run and play and he is great at playing fetch. He likes to roll around on his back and get those wonderful belly rubs and good boy praise and of course yummy treats. Prince has cute short little legs, but he definitely has the big boy attitude and plenty of confidence in himself. He would be considered a low to medium energy boy. Prince gets all excited with he sees his people coming and wiggles all over. He does fine on a leash and would love to go for a walk anytime. Prince has been well socialized with men, women and older children, although he can be a little leary of men, but warms up quickly. Prince is neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on all vaccinations including rabies. He is micro chipped and has been kept on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. He is also crate trained.
