Pasha's Info...

I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, and up to date with shots.

Pasha's Story...
Pasha is a spayed female Lynx Point Siamese. Born Feb 2012.

Pasha's people moved away one cold winters night and left her outside to fend on her own. Luckily a neighbor saw her and was able to bring her in. When Pasha 1st arrived to RCCR's foster home, she was very scared. It has taken time to get her to trust again. And even then it is very limited. She would love to find her forever home where she feels safe and loved. Pasha does not do well at adoptions. It makes her too nervous. If you are interested in seeing Pasha, her foster home is very willing to set up a time to meet her. She is being fostered in a home with other cats and dogs.

About River City Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a rescue group formed in 2007. Our primary purpose is trap/neuter/release in feral colonies. After the surgeries, we find that some cats are not feral. We keep those cats and kittens found before the age of 8 weeks at our foster homes. We will also take in other cats from different situations as we have room.

Our mission is to spay and neuter as many animals as possible by providing low cost spay and neuter programs. Educate people about animal over population and the benefits of spaying and neutering.
Advocate in favor of non-lethal methods for the reduction of feral cat populations. Rescue animals in peril and provide them with veterinary and foster care until they are adopted into loving homes.

Our Adoption Process...

Before adoption, all of our cats/kittens are Felv/Fiv tested, spayed/neutered, microchiped, vaccinated , dewormed and treated for fleas. We have a questionnaire to complete first, then a contract if a good match is found.
