Wesley's Story...
Wesley could be the poster boy for Pit Bulls and how most of what you hear is just not true! At 14 weeks and 25lbs he is going to be a big boy. Yet other than his wiggly butt you would never know he was a puppy. He is laid back and easy going, get along with everyone people, children, other dogs and cats. He likes to play but is happy to let everyone else be the boss. He is very smart, already potty trained and crate trained, knows his name and is obedient, sleeps thru the night and doesn't jump up. He doesn't bark often but when he does he has this unusual deep, rumbling bark. He is a sweet boy and loves attention, likes to be petted and snuggle with you. His coat is beautiful, a really light fawn color and I am sure he has dark blue eyes, very handsom boy. He is already neutered and had all his shots and is micro chipped, Wesley's adoption fee is $200.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wesley, a Largo American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Largo, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Largo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Largo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Largo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Largo paves the way for another one to be saved.
