BENNIE's Story...
[ADOPTION PENDING. NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS.] Say hello to little Bennie, a Saint/something mix (we're not exactly sure what). Bennie's only four months old and is a happy, soft, wiggly, cuddly, squishy ball of fur. He's a smart fellow who is already housetrained.

Bennie is vaccinated and microchipped and, like all our dogs, receives monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. He has an appointment to be neutered shortly and then will be ready to join some lucky family.

If you have a secure fenced yard and your family includes a stay-at-home parent, Bennie would like to meet you. (A stay-at-home parent is a must because baby dogs need lots of training and socialization and stimulation.) He'll do well with another pet (either a cat or a dog) and kids.

Don't pass up the opportunity for a lapful of love!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BENNIE, a Sudbury St. Bernard puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard for sale in Sudbury, or seeking a St. Bernard puppy from a breeder in Sudbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sudbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sudbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard breeders who help with St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sudbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
