River's Story...
.River is a very sweet mellow/calm Poodle mix that is in her golden years, about 8 years old. River loves to just be with her person/people. River would do best in a home with a retired person/couple with no young children/kids. River is good with cats and other dogs, but prefers other older dogs. River will go home with her dog bed, toys, food/water bowl, collar, harness and leash. River's adoption fee is $140 to help cover her vetting and items. Please email us to meet/adopt River.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

River, a Ontario Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) for sale in Ontario, or seeking a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog from a breeder in Ontario.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ontario already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ontario breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) breeders who help with Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ontario paves the way for another one to be saved.
