My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm Jessa! I was born in June 2012. A nice lady rescued me and took me in, but I got outside one day and came home pregnant before my new owner could get me fixed. Before she knew it, she had 8 more kitties to take care of! Unfortunately, she lost her home, and I was about to end up in an overcrowded shelter, but my current foster mom got to me before anything bad happened to me! I've been in foster care since my babies were 3 days old, and now I'm ready to be adopted! My foster mom had me spayed, vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested, de-wormed, and she treated me for fleas and ear mites just to be safe. There is a $100 adoption fee to help Happy Strays cover my vet bills. I would love a forever home, whether it's a home where I'm the only pet or a home where there are other animals. I'm okay with the other kitties, though I'd prefer to only have 1 or 2 feline friends, and am learning that the dogs won't hurt me.
