he guy with the bright smile is Sparky. He is as sweet and friendly as he looks. He is a 9-year-old Manchester Terrier/Rat Terrier mix who still has a lot of spunk, as is characteristic of these breeds. Sparky is likely ok with cats, but would prefer to be an only dog in a quiet home with someone who wants a gentle, loving forever friend to snuggle with.
