Can you imagine finding this little bundle of cute under your tree at Christmas? Winnie was born the day after Christmas on 12/26/12 and must surely have been the cutest package under the tree. Although she looks all collie, her foster mom thinks she may have a bit of Great Pyrenees in her, so don't be surprised if she grows up to be a big girl.
Winnie is a typical puppy: running and playing one moment, sleepy and cuddly the next. She gets along great with the other dogs at her foster home, and they are teaching her proper doggie play etiquette. She should also be fine with cats, though at this stage she might be a bit more rough and tumble than most kitties appreciate. She loves kids and kids love her.
Winnie is a smart, eager to please girl who has almost completely mastered the house training challenge. She can be a little shy at first, but once she gets comfortable, she is a fearless puppy who is ready to take on anything.
Winnie is a happy, healthy pup and is scheduled to be spayed on 3/18; once she is fully recovered from her surgery, she will be ready for her forever home. She would love to have a fenced yard where she can run, play and explore. She has lots of puppy energy, so she will need a family that can ensure that she gets plenty of play time, either with other dogs or with her human family. Someone is sure to snap her up quickly, so if you want Winnie snoozing peacefully under your tree next Christmas, act fast.
