Oliver is a 5 year old Yorkshire Terrier. He is neutered, up to date on all his shots, and microchipped. Oliver is a sweet guy. He gets along with other dogs, He is learning how to play with toys. He loves women but seems to not like his foster Dad. He barks at him all the time. They were planning on adopting him, but he has not stopped barking at the husband.
