My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Champ is one terrific boy. He was spotted at the local high kill shelter and that was definitely no place for this boy. He is special and with a name like Champ, you know he has gotta be great! Champ is now in a wonderful foster home. He is about 2 years old and weighs 45 lbs being of the taller and leaner build. His foster mom has nothing but good things to say about him. Here is what she says: Champ is a handsome, easy going guy. He is incredibly friendly and gets along great with children, adults and other dogs. He is not at all aggressive with food. He just wants to be petted and loved. He enjoys cuddling, playing catch and going for walks. He is happy doing most anything. He will be a cherished companion and terrific addition to any family. He is a very gentle soul. Champ is low to medium energy and he is ready to do anything from napping to hiking outdoors. He is housebroken and very trustworthy in the house by himself. Champ does well on the leash and knows the sit command and is working on other commands. He would make a wonderful addition to any family. We are not sure about the kitties but doubt if there would be a problem and can cat test if necessary.
Champ is neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and micro-chipped. He is also on flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative.
