Grey Ghost's Story...
Grey Ghost (Gigi for short) is a wonderful Russian Blue/ silver tabby mix cat, about 1.5 years old, with gorgeous silky, think fur. A kind family took her in, but cannot keep this sweet kitty as they are allergic, so she lives in the garage for now. They found her a home at a feral ranch but she wandered off and back to them. Grey Ghost wants to be inside at least some of the time, so we are looking for an inside or inside/ outside home for her.

Gigi likes to rub against your legs and play, and the occasional pet, but she isn't a super snuggly lap cat; we do think given a loving home, she will come to appreciate pets and snuggles though. She liked to "chatter" quietly and is great fun to watch.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Grey Ghost, a Bentonville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bentonville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Bentonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bentonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bentonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bentonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
