A little about Franke:
Franke's previous owner used to tie him to a tree and he also had cherry eye, he was on his way to the pound. He was rescued and had the surgery for his eye, now he needs a forever home. Franke loves people, loves to play and cuddle and is very puppy like. Because he was tied to a tree we don't know what could of happened to him. He is a little fearful of new dogs, but warms up quickly. A home with another dog would be good because he loves to play
He needs a strong, patient leader who will spend time training him and exercising him. Also someone who will accept him for the dog he is, fearful of new dogs at first and very loving to people.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frankie, a Valley Village Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Valley Village, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Valley Village.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Valley Village already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Valley Village breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Valley Village paves the way for another one to be saved.
