Morgan's Story...
Morgan (fka Sally) is a sweet girl that we rescued from the Manhattan ACC. She arrived to us via transport Monday 2.25.2013. Morgan had started to become very depressed in the shelter so she will be working on building confidence and trust while in her foster home. Morgan is laid back and very sweet, she is rather petite as well. Morgan has the cutest nose! She is up to date on shots, mircochipped and spayed. She is house and crate trained and walks nicely on leash. She seems to do well with children although does not live with them in her foster home. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Morgan, a Hillsborough Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Hillsborough, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Hillsborough.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hillsborough already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hillsborough breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hillsborough paves the way for another one to be saved.
