Storm's Story...
Meet Storm! This gorgeous pure bred chocolate lab was found stray and never reclaimed. He is about 7 years old. He is very thin right now and will need to fatten up. He has a growth on his eye that we will have removed at the same time that he is neutered. This handsome guy loves to be bathed and groomed... LOVES car rides and does well in the car. He seems to be house trained, does well with other dogs and cats, and just seems to be a well mannered good ole boy. He did well with the little girl that he met at the pet store too. Storm would be happy with a family that enjoys quite afternoons out on the porch, joy rides on Sunday afternoons, and a nice stroll in the park. If you are interested in this sweet chocolate boy, email for more info and an application.
Our orphans are delivered to the northeast every Saturday via USDA certified transport and come fully vetted with health certificates.Storm is located in Knoxville, TN
PUPDATE: Storm has tested positive for heartworms and will not be available until May once he has completed his treatment.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Storm, a Brattleboro Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
