My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wendy is a sweet 2 year old Pitbull/Staffie mix who was found during a police raid on a property in San Bernardino County. She was in a very poor state of health- severely emaciated, a broken front leg, a painful open wound and countless cuts and sores covering her body. She was probably used as a bait dog. She is slowly/safely gaining weight and should become approximately 50-55 pounds. Despite her pain, Wendy's attitude remains unaffected. She is still in great spirits, full of affection and enthusiasm for people. She is just looking for some much deserved love and attention. Wendy is recovering well in her foster home and will soon be ready for a true forever home! For more info visit: http://jasonheiglfoundation.org/2013/03/18/wishes-for-wendy/
