My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Furby
Age: 8.5
Breed: Papillon/Lhasa apso (?)
Gender: Female
Furby is a very sweet little girl. She came to us suffering from untreated bladder stones that were the size of walnuts and took up almost all the room in her whole bladder. Once we removed those (as well as pulling two rotten teeth and cleaning the plaque off the others!), Furby turned into a bright and shiny new pup! She is likely a Papillon mix (with lhasa or similar) and about 8.5 years old. Despite the pain she must have been in, Furby is well mannered and gentle. She gets along with dogs large and small, and would probably be fine with cats as well. Young children may startle her, but dog savvy kids would be okay. Furby is affectionate and sweet, loves to share the furnitureand hardly ever barks. She trots happily in her crate and sleeps through the night just fine. She is so adorable toddling around the house like the dearest little stuffed animal come to life.
Furby will likely need to be on a special diet in order to prevent future bladder stones. It's not a large burden at all, and well worth it in exchange for her love and companionship :)
