My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gracie is an adorable 4-5 month old Terrier-Poodle mix puppy. She was living in a van with her mama (a purebred miniature Poodle), 5 sisters and an elderly couple until recently when the couple had their van impounded. Everyone was literally out on the street when we caught up with them. Thankfully, in order to get off the streets, the couple released some of the puppies to us. Gracie is super-sweet, but also somewhat shy/skittish due to her general lack of exposure to the world-at-large. She warms up quickly and loves attention, but is going to take a little time and a patient new dog parent to increase her confidence. Definitely not a candidate for a home with small kids at this time. She is good with other dogs, but to our knowledge, has not had any exposure to cats, birds or other critters. We imagine that she will be 20 lbs. as an adult. She is healthy, has been de-wormed, vaccinated, and spayed. She is doing great with her house training, too!
