Dewdrop's Story...
We could not pass up rescuing Dewdrop from the pound because it was not her fault she ended up as a stray in Compton. This precious little girl is timid at first, but quickly warms up with people and immediately wins the hearts of everyone she meets! She walks well on leash and enjoys her strolls outside, but her favorite spot just might be your lap where she will comfortably cuddle with you. Dewdrop has a quiet presence so it might be easy to overlook her, but this little darling is beautiful, delicate, and a refreshing little soul! Dewdrop will make a wonderful companion for a first-time parent, an older parent, or a family with children of any age.

If you are interested in meeting Dewdrop, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321. You can also meet this and/or other available dogs at our Saturday Adoptions at Centinela Feed.

[Dewdrop is about 1 years old and weighs 13 lbs.]

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue.
