My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***NEEDS A FOSTER HOME***

Meet Snoopy!  Snoopy was saved off the streets as a puppy by an elderly woman who loved him dearly.  When she died, Snoopy ended up with a family member, living at the end of a chain in a barrel.  After a drug deal gone bad, Snoopy found himself alone at the end of that chain and no one in the house.  A very kind person grabbed him and got him to us for safety.  That life on the chain was very traumatic and has left Snoopy frightened and untrusting of most people until he has a chance to get to know you.  He has several play friends at the kennel where he is in boarding and if you sit and visit them, Snoopy will come up and decide you are ok.  This poor sweet soul has been in boarding for several months because of his special fear issues.  Snoopy will need someone with a lot of patience and understanding and an ability to deal with a dog that is learning to trust.

Snoopy is about 3 years old, 25 lbs., neutered and up to date on all of his vaccinations.  If you think you might be able to help Snoopy, please contact us.
