JACK IS AVAILABLE AGAIN FOR ADOPTION. HIS NEW HOME DECIDED THAT THEY DIDN'T REALLY WANT A DOG AFTER ALL. SO . . . .My name is JACK and I’m the cutest 10 month old tri-colored, smooth coated, neutered male Jack Russell Terrier pup you’ve ever seen. I am tiny and weigh only 12 lbs. I’m a ball of love and fur. If you have always wanted a JRT puppy and are willing to spend the time with me that I need to develop into a great companion and pet, then I’m the one for you! I don't do well with cats. I’m great with female dogs who are submisssive, but as is typical with Jacks, I won’t tolerate another male. I don’t bark very much at all and am very quiet. I tend to be a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly. I am great with kids, but absolutely no kids under the age of 6 years and only kids that are respectful with animals. A JRT is not the breed of dog who allows ill treatment from anyone, especially children. And yet I love kids and like to play and play and play! I have been neutered, heartworm/ehrlichia/Lyme Disease tested – all negative. All my shots are current and I’ve been microchipped. I’m completely housetrained and crate trained, and I love to ride in the car! When I am a little older and my growth plates are mature, I will be able to run and jog and bike and hike with my new owners. But I also like to sit on the couch while you read or watch TV. I’m handsome and loving, and I like to be cuddled. But I also like to run and play with my humans! My adoption fee is $300. How can you resist me? But inquire about me ONLY if you are in the market for a puppy. Puppies require lots of attention, and if you can’t give me the time and attention I deserve, please keep on looking for your dream dog. Please call Sue at 480-391-9837 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for an Application for Adoption. I can be yours if you are willing to make the commitment to seeing that I grow into a well-mannered adult dog!
