Cash's Story...
Cash - the dog in black! - is a beautiful male Labrador Retriever and is approximately a year old. He has a heart of gold and aims to please. He is an active boy, with long, long legs, who would love to be your running or hiking partner. Not shy and very affectionate, Cash would do anything for your attention. He just wants to be with his people! He is currently living in a home with two other large dogs and two small toddlers and he is wonderful with all of them. Cash is young and still has lots to learn, but he is completely house broken and is very eager to please. He is very smart and eager to learn new commands.

Cash is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his vaccinations. He is also current on heartworm and flea preventative. He will need a yard with a 6 foot fence because his long legs allow him to jump right over shorter fences. If you are looking for a young, friendly dog to accompany your family on adventures, Cash is your guy. Please email for more information. Cash is being fostered near Huntsville, AL.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cash, a Homewood Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Homewood, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Homewood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Homewood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Homewood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Homewood paves the way for another one to be saved.
