My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Billie was an abused, traumatized boy. His owners let his chin hairs grow long so they could drag him around by them. We also think he was hit around the head. This boy is bursting with affection, but until he gets to know you well, is afraid to trust, lest he be hurt again. He is so happy to play with his many canine friends! He would make a wonderful pet for a person with patience, love and understanding. He has bonded with several of our volunteers who have shown him these qualities. For the worthy person who earns his trust and love, the rewards will be enormous. A pre adoption form is required prior to adoption. It can be found at: www.jaconline.org.
