My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Jessie. I am about 12 years old, but no one really knows for sure because I was found wandering the streets. I weigh all of 12 lbs. I live with big dogs and little dogs, and don't mind them one bit. I also live with cats. The cats I am curious about, but I am no threat to the cats because, you see, I am just a little bit broken. I have arthritis in my hips and spine so my back end works a little bit like a windup toy, kind of stiff. This does not stop me from getting around though. I may be a little slow but I get there and can even do some steps. I need your help to get up on the sofa so I can cuddle with you but, hey, I am so little, I am easy to scoop up :) I give gentle kisses, ride beautifully in the car, and like to stroll and explore. I would do best with someone who is home most of the time because I love to have company. No kids for me- I am a little for fragile for rough handling.
