Balto's Story...
Hi! My name is Balto!

I am the cutest little guy you ever will see! I am approximately 8 weeks old and have the most unique markings and little face and tail!

My foster Mom says she loves how it looks like I have little socks on :)

I am a toy Chihuahua/Pug mix aka a Chug.

I was rescued from the nice folks at Paw Protectors Rescue where I was about to be turned into a very high kill shelter from some people that found me abandoned, alone, and afraid that didn't know it was a very scary place.

But I am just fine now!

I am a high energy little guy with a very spunky happy go lucky little personality!

I am very small, so probably would be best in a home with no small children because they might step on me, I am so tiny right now.

Please consider giving me the loving and furever home I so deserve.

Thank you for visiting my page!

Love,

Balto xox

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Balto, a Encinitas Chihuahua/Pug puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Pug for sale in Encinitas, or seeking a Chihuahua/Pug puppy from a breeder in Encinitas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encinitas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encinitas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Pug breeders who help with Chihuahua/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encinitas paves the way for another one to be saved.
