My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi- I'm Christine! I am a very gentle and sweet girl. I love to be petted and to snuggle with you. I am approx. 1 year old (2013) and I am now spayed, vaccinated, FeLv tested (negative) and treated with a monthly preventative for ear mites, fleas and worms. I am a happy, healthy girl and I am also very lucky to have been rescued-- the good people at A4A literally saved my life and the life of my two little ones. We were trying to survive as strays living near a store area and the store owners found out that the shelter was full and not accepting cats so they were going to poison us or shoot us-- but luckily we were saved before that could happen! I know we are very, very lucky. Now I am happy, healthy and I love the pampered indoor life. I prefer a calm home and I do get along well with everyone who is gentle and kind and I do great with other cats and dogs too. I am ready to find a loving, forever home to call my very own now!
