Bella's Story...
Hi! I'm Bella, I am a medium sized mixed breed ball of energy! I was born October 3, 2012 and came to New Hope after I was surrendered to a vet clinic when I got sick with parvo-virus, but I am fully recovered now, and have grown to be fairly tall, and at my last weigh in I was 8 kilos! I play and run, I like chew toys, and especially like to play with my older foster brother, who is very patient with me. I am a bit shy at first when I meet new people, but if they are patient I relax and am happy to become fast friends! I like other dogs, big and small, and haven't had a chance to meet a cat! All in all, I'm just a great girl, apply to meet me today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Saskatoon Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Saskatoon, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Saskatoon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saskatoon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saskatoon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saskatoon paves the way for another one to be saved.
