Jackson's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Jackson's Story...
Jackson is a polite, wonderful, family oriented dog. He is five years old and resembles a Jack Russell, but is actually a Swedish Farm Dog, which is rare in these parts. He has been neutered and is up-to-date with his vaccinations. Jackson is a very loyal and loving
dog. He is an active dog and would do best in a home with someone who enjoys running or hiking, or just an active family that enjoys the outdoors.

Jackson loves to play fetch, go for car rides, play with other dogs and play outside. He is a very affectionate and happy dog. He loves to cuddle with you and loves soft blankets and chew toys (including stuffies). Jackson gets along great with our small dog and is
AMAZING with our children.

Jackson is not kennel trained, he actually gets anxious if he is in a small area, which has not been a problem. When we leave he will sit in the chair by the front window and wait for you. He gets so excited when you come home he runs around the house with his ears tucked behind his head and once you sit down, he is on your lap ready for pets and cuddles.

Jackson is truly a loving dog and if you are ready to share your time with him and want a steady companion, he will be there for you; he just wants love and care in return.

If Jackson sounds like your perfect dog, please fill out an adoption application to meet this wonderful boy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackson, a Saskatoon Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Saskatoon, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Saskatoon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saskatoon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saskatoon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saskatoon paves the way for another one to be saved.
