Shawnee has his own page at www.facebook.com/ShawneesImpawsableJourney There, you can follow the long road this boy has traveled to get to his new furever family.

Shawnee is a happy and playful guy, who is just 15 month old. Shawnee was surrendered with his littermates and Momma, while just a baby. He was adopted by a family, where he was found 6 months later, sitting outside their gate with a broken femur. They didn't want him back. Shawnee had a pin put in his leg to stabilize the break, and came to Im-Paws-Able to rest and recuperate. While here, he had two more surgeries! While he may walk with a limp, due to his injuries, he may someday overcome that, just like he has overcome all obstacles that have been in his path so far!
