Dingo's Story...
Dingo is an 8 year old German Shepherd mix. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, around 50 lbs, good with nondominant female dogs, ignores the cats, and great with kids. He is calm, crate trained, and very friendly. His one catch is that he can jump a chainlink fence. He just needs a vigilant owner or a privacy fence. He is still full of life and loves walks. Adults make the BEST dogs. Please consider letting this guy share his life with you.

Dingo is being fostered near Huntsville, AL. This is a courtesy listing by FOR for a fellow rescuer.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dingo, a Marietta German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Marietta, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
